Four truths I've learned as a healer?
1. This kind of hesitation — the over-thinking and analyzing when you know you should just trust your intuition but what did it say again? and how do I know that was even intuition? — shows up because we live in a world where "using your head" and "weighing the pros and cons" are the go-to.
2. We're living in a time in human history where NEW ways of being, doing, and living are showing up everywhere.
3. Our "trustworthy" head wants proof before it'll let us move — and the new thing never comes with proof. So our brain simply can't quiet our nervous system enough to just... flip a switch and start trusting our knowing without hesitation.
4. That shift requires practice, patience, and self-trust on a level that has never been as necessary as it is now.
Human Design doesn't help you to change who you are - it allows you to stop trying to be who you're not.
Your Human Design Chart is not something you have to buy into believe in - it's a wildly specific and unique-to-you visualization of data that already exists. And that kind of objective validation helps the guidance from your Spirit Team land in a way that requires less from your nervous system.
