Carly Arbuckle LLC offers services including, but not limited to:

  • Mediumship and spiritual guidance
  • Angel messages
  • Human Design chart readings and consultations
  • Spiritual coaching and Human Design training for healers, therapists, life coaches, and other professionals

These services aim to provide insight, guidance, and support in alignment with each client’s unique journey. The services offered are spiritual and intuitive in nature, and do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and book any services. By accessing and using the website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

  1. Booking and Payment

All services are booked and paid for in advance through the website or as arranged with Carly Arbuckle LLC.  Payment must be made at the time of booking, and all prices are listed in US Dollars.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session and must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original session date.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

    All mediumship and spiritual services provided come with a guarantee that only positive, loving energies will be channeled for the highest good of the client. However, clients are responsible for their interpretation of the messages and insights provided.

    6. Confidentiality

    All sessions are private and confidential. Carly Arbuckle LLC will not share your personal information, session details, or any other confidential information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Carly Arbuckle LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of services or this website. By using these services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carly Arbuckle LLC from any claims, actions, or damages arising from your participation in these services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content for commercial purposes without express written permission.Additionally, any and all visual content (such as slides, diagrams, and videos) used within courses or sessions is strictly for personal use by the individual purchasing the course or service. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of this visual content in any form, including but not limited to teaching or presenting it without permission, is prohibited. 

    In addition, specific verbal content, including guidance, teachings, and insights passed on during sessions or courses, must be attributed to Carly Arbuckle LLC DBA The Human Design Medium if shared or referenced in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, quotes, teachings, or concepts shared with others.

    These terms and conditions are govened by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois and the United States of America. without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Illinois and the United States of America.

    Carly Arbuckle LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website and services constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications.
