Your Human Design | Shayna Cornelius, Dana Stiles | Audiobook & Book

I love how easy and in depth these projectors get talking about human design. I’m a projector too though, so I guess I’m a little biased. 🙂

The Definitive Book of Human Design | Lynda Bunnell | Book

This book is the foundation of all that is Human Design. It’s approved by all the “official” HD powers that be, and it adheres to the original “official” HD System. I tried so to circumvent this one so many times b/c it’s very long and dense, but ultimately, it lead to SO MUCH CLARITY to see where the material I was studying was derived. 

Human Design Gate Strengths | Jamie L. Palmer | Book

This book helped me get a handle on the 64 HD gates. In my own experience, no one book does it, but this one was great because it is positive, well organized and comes with a workshop I’ve listened to a number of times (at least as of 2024)

The Gene Keys- Embracing your higher purpose | Richard Rudd (Author), Jennifer M. Dixon (Narrator)| Book and Audiobook

Based on the same source for HD Gates, the Chinese I’Ching. This is yet another resource to help understand the 64 gates. The Angels have led me to several resources on these – none of them are the same, but a holistic understanding based on their commonalities is a critical to how I feel called to help.

How Do You Choose? Erin Claire Jones – Audiobook

This is a really practical approach to how to apply Human Design to work, relationships, and alignment with self. I loved going deeply into the basics. 

Becoming | Michelle Obama | Audiobook

This book helped me understand that no one gets anywhere or knows awhere their life is going before they get there. Michelle is funny and compassionate, and I love to learn about the paths of women I admire.

Gabby Bernstein’s Podcast where she offers coaching, spiritual conversation and answers questions from her audience.

Good Mourning | Theresa Caputo | Audiobook

Theresa discusses moving through and spiritually healing from day to day grief/loss (ie: loss of a friendship, divorce, loss of a job, etc.).

I’m Spiritual Dammit! | Jen Weigel | Audiobook

Great audiobook read by Jen Weigel. A mini memoir of her experience with day to day through a spiritual lens. Lots of storytelling and fun learning how Jen balances keeping her “feet on the ground and head in the stars”.

Love Does | Bob Goff | Audiobook

Bob is a minister and this book helped me as I expanded my views of unconditional love. If you’re triggered by Christianity, this is probably not for you, but I really enjoyed Bob’s stories of faith and love.

Many Lives, Many Masters | Brian L. Weiss | Audiobook

This one is referenced a lot in my experience. The author is a real psychotherapist and this book is about a specific case where a client under hypnosis starts recalling past life trauma. He walks through her whole case and the profound impact it made on his journey.

Mediums Psychics and Channelers | Jen Weigel | Audiobook

Great overview and introduction to different types of Spiritual work. There are like 2-3 of these out there but start with the first one. The author lost her father and set out, as a skeptic, to disprove mediumship, psychics, etc. These are a collection of stories from different psychics, mediums and healers. I LOVED hearing about the range she interviewed and what she gained from each.

More Myself | Alicia Keys | Audiobook

I was drawn to this at the beginning of diving deep into my spiritual journey. Alicia’s audiobook is filled with vulnerability, spirituality and songs. She reads it!

Never Broken | Jewel | Audiobook

Taught me a lot about ancestry, being a first, connection with nature and forgiveness. Jewel shares a lot about her spirituality and she’s got a beautiful view. She reads the audiobook. 🙂

Oprah Supersoul Podcast | Oprah Winfrey | Podcast

Less than an hour, Oprah interviews incredible people about their personal spiritual beliefs and practices. Yum.

Psychic | Sylvia Brown | Audiobook

Sylvia Brown was one of the first talkshow/tv mediums. This book really helped me understand generational gifts and brought in some clarity for me as far as my own purpose as a medium/healer.
